League Orders

| The research tells us that the Coach is the Number 1 reason players continue to play this fantastic game from year to year. It makes a lot of sense, if players have a positive and fun experience with the coach - they register for another year. If the players have a bad experience - they drop out.
The players in your program need coaches they trust, coaches who believe in them, are positive, fair and have the skills to teach the game. Most importantly coaches need to be focused on helping every player improve and develop a passion for the game.
As a district or league administrator, here is a pro-active approach to help you and your league create a positive and successful season for all the players and parents involved in your program.
FIRST, as a league, you need to recruit and approve a full set of quality people as coaches at the start of each season.
SECOND, you need to provide all of your coaches with the training and support they need to deliver the best experience possible for the players in your league.
THIRD - INVEST in the complete Instructional Program to provide your coaches with resources that will support their work for the entire season.

"Good Day Big AL, Your methodology and approach in the teaching of baseball have proved to be rewarding not only for me, but for other coaches in the league that I am a part of. "Our league has decided that we want to improve our league by placing an increased emphasis on the quality of coaching and player development. We are planning to provide all baseball teams, from T-Ball through Majors with resources. After attending one of your clinics I am quite confident that your materials will provide us with a great tool and will go a long way toward helping us achieve our goals. Many thanks for your help! Regards - Tom"

"Al, I attended your clinic with one other manager from our league and we both gained an extraordinary amount of information and knowledge at your clinic. Sent as ambassadors from our league of more than 60 teams, we reported back to our Board of Directors so positively that a motion was made to provide each coach with his/her own age-appropriate manual, as well as to purchase several training DVDs which could be "loaned out" and circulated amongst the coaches. In short, I think your program is an absolute "must" for coaches new and old, and is one that we will now reference as a primary guide to all of our coaches each season. Thanks again for your effort and devotion to the game of baseball. I know our kids will be better for it, along with countless hundreds of thousands around the world! Best regards, - Andy"

"I have played baseball my whole child/teen life. I attended about two baseball camps every summer from age 5 to 18. I started to coach little league about 6 years ago, I told my wife, I can make any kid a star that I coach. Boy, I got the first practice I couldn't keep the attention of the Tee-ballers, it was like a sand art contest instead of practice. I never realized, playing the game and coaching are totally different. The skills you showed at the training were very familiar. But, I really like how you broke down the practice, making games out the drills. . I think this training is great for the typical dad that never played before and for the dad who played up to semi-pro and has the skills, but have no idea to keep the kids attention. Thank you! - Scott"

"I can see how your program can help address one of the major issues in LL baseball, which is the variation in coaching knowledge and application. It seems as if no two coaches teach the fundamentals the same way. The result, confused and disappointed children. Through your program, I hope that I can help others in the correct way to teach youngsters how to properly play this great game. - Coach Wayne"

"Big Al - I want to thank you for an outstanding session last week. It was very informative and I've already "tested" a few things on our tee ball kids. (The snake run was absolutely hilarious by the way!) Several parents have also indicated that they were impressed already by the "different approach" that they are seeing this year. Thanks again and keep up the great training. The delivery is as good as the materials! - Kevin"
