Using your approaches (Hustle, Listen and Have Fun), glove hand/power foot, stretches, hitting off the cone, and just kneeling down to talk to the boys, I can't say that I have ever been this excited about going to practice with these tidbits of knowledge. The boys just seem to learn so much quicker!  Thank you sincerely. I feel like I am making more of a difference and not a babysitter this year. Every coach in my division who is using your resources has said the exact same thing to me.

Your program was a big help for my daughter too.  She is now a fantastic outfielder, a very good pitcher, an improving infielder and hitter.  Coaching my daughter became a lot more fun after getting your resources and her performance got a lot better too.  You basically gave me the impression that if the kid loves the sport, they will get better with good practice.  We found out she was just a late bloomer.  During the regular season my team went 16-2-1 and we won our team tournament.  This was achieved by giving all the kids a chance in multiple positions.  It was a blast.  Thanks for helping me change my approach, it made a huge different for my players!

Big Al and Scott,  I decided after 13 years of coaching at the high school level that I needed to be with me son on the diamond so I hung up the coaching at the high school level and I will be coaching a 7-8 kid pitch team this season. Listening to your approach on how to teach things was something I absolutely needed for that age group. It will allow me to simplify what I need to teach. Al and Scott, After getting your resources I have learned a lot about what I have been doing wrong. You have reminded me that in order to coach kids you basically have to think like a kid. No kid likes to take turns, they all want to be first, so by having them all run throwing drills at the same time with 10 balls each they don't have to take turns. It was one of those "Why didn't I think of that?"

Your videos have been a huge help!  I have four sons (all under the age of 7), so your advice has been really valuable.  I hopefully have many years of coaching in multiple sports ahead and your pointers have already made me a better coach.  And yes, the snake run is always the highlight of practice for the boys no matter how fun we try to make the drills and games.  I have activated my 4-8 Coach/Parent membership probably 6-8 weeks ago. Our team has just completed the regular season and we are heading into our AA playoffs.  I got a Coach membership at the beginning of the year and it was the best thing I could have done.  I implemented many of your drills and the Bubba Baseball game at the end of practice was a huge hit.  Parents have told me how much their kids were enjoying the season.  To me, and to you, that is what this is all about.
